Parking Lot Safety at Dismissal
Front Parking Lot & Bus Zone
As a reminder, the front parking lot remains closed to parent pickups until 3:45 PM. This dedicated time allows our students to safely load onto buses and depart without the risk of car traffic.
Please do not move the pylons to gain entry.
Follow the directions of our staff on duty; their priority is the safety of the children.
Student safety is our top priority. Please remind your child to always use the traffic lights when crossing Weldon. Avoiding mid-block crossings is the best way to prevent accidents and ensure drivers can see them clearly. As well, if students are leaving through the North (back of the school) exit we want them to use the path or the crosswalk and not to walk through the parking lot.
Ease the Congestion
To keep the school zone clear and safe, we strongly encourage picking up your child a few blocks away or at one of the nearby plaza parking lots. A quick walk for your student helps reduce the dangerous "gridlock" directly in front of the school gates.
