Meet Your Guidance Department

Students will be assigned to a Guidance Counsellor by last name.  If you have an existing relationship with a counsellor that is not assigned to your last name feel free to continue seeing that counsellor.

Book an Appointment

The Guidance team is here to help! If you are in crisis while at school and need to see a counsellor immediately, please come by the Guidance Office to be connected with a counsellor.                                  

For non-urgent appointments (e.g. timetable changes, post-secondary planning, course selection, etc.) please book an appointment through Teach Assist.

  1. Log into your Teach Assist account.
  2. Scroll down until you see the sub-heading "Appointment Bookings". Click on it.
  3. Choose your counsellor.
  4. Click on the day and time you want to have your appointment. Please do not book an appointment when you have a test or presentation.
  5. On the day of your appointment, let your teacher know you have a guidance appointment and come to the Guidance Office a couple of minutes before your scheduled time.  Check in with our Guidance secretary, Ms. Tsementzis and wait to be seen.
  6. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, click "Cancel".​
